The Challenge

Translating a visually striking Dribbble design concept into a fully functional Next.js application while integrating the Kitsu API for real manga data. The challenge was maintaining the design fidelity while handling API pagination and dynamic routing for thousands of manga titles.

The Outcome

Built a fully functional manga platform with dynamic routes for individual series, genre browsing, and a responsive layout that faithfully recreates the original design inspiration. The Kitsu API integration provides comprehensive manga metadata including ratings, synopses, and cover art.
